- 30% of the total amount is required for confirming any reservation.

Cancelation Policy
Possible expenses of any refund are being charged to the guest
- Cancellation after final confirmation and 22 days prior to arrival results to a full refund of the prepayment
- 21 to 8 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
- 1 to 7 days prior to the arrival date, non show (non arrival) or departure prior to the date booked 100% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
